Basic

• This is a quick coat of paint, maybe two on the walls.

• Using good quality stable but cheaper off the shelf paint (white or magnolia).

• The wood work in this room would be wiped down with bleach rather than sanding and painting. That is if it is needed.

• This is the type of job done for let properties, bedsits or commercial properties were there is regular painting and cleaning required.

All care is taken with doing this job and short cuts are not taken but it is a basic level of finish.
