Job Breakdown

Stairwell and landing

• Fill walls were required and sand
• Paint ceiling contract white
• Paint all walls 2 coats of coloured dulux vinyl matt
• Sand and paint banister, Spindles and rail 1x undercoat and 1 x top coat
• Cut out fill and sand and re fill inner stringer (bit of wood on side of stair up wall )
• Sand and paint interior of front door and surround 1x undercoat and 1 top coat gloss

Hall

• Fill and sand walls were required
• Paint ceiling contract white
• Paint walls 2x coats coloured dulux vinyl matt
• Sand and paint 7 doors and surrounds 1x undercoat and 1 top coat gloss
