Bodmin – Porch Restoration
This is an amazing wooden porch with 2 x full wooden pillars and 2 x half pillars. The entrance way to a listed building. The whole thing was taken back to timber, the bottom of the front left pillar, the rounds were totally rotten and the staves were rotten to half way. new timber was shaped and used to replace the rotten. The top was rotten to the front right and the back right of the door frame and then it needed new glass at the top.

- Burn off all old paint
- New timber round the top edge
- New timber around the arch of glass
- New shaped glass to replace broken
- New timber ceiling
- New timber to right of door
- New bottom of front left pillar
- Changes to the bottom of the front right pillar
- New bottom of staves of three pillars
- Repairs to front door
- Copper repairs
- Sand, fill and paint with lots of coats of paint.
