A general break down of our working practice

Free Quote

  • Come and see the job and meet you
  • Talk through options
  • Come away and sort out a quote for the work
  • Email you the quote
  • If you are happy with the quote then sort out a date

Interior

  • We cover furniture in the middle of the room with plastic
  • First prepare walls. fill, sand, stain block and stablise walls
  • Sand wood work
  • Clean down
  • Paint Ceiling  (we recommend at least two coats of paint)
  • Paint walls (we recommend at least two coats of paint)
  • Paint wood work
  • Touch up, clean and check with customer

Exterior

  • Clear areas of over growth and debris  (we do ask that large areas are sorted before we come)
  • Prepare and wash down walls ( may be the first day depending on drying)
  • Sort out any filling and stablising
  • Cover areas with dust sheet ( we will cover shrubs, flowers, paths we don’t tend to cover grass lawns)
  • Paint walls (2 x coats dulux weather shield )
  • Touch up, clean and check with customer

Exterior windows

  • Sand and clean window frames
  • Identify areas of rot and replace or fill
  • Refill and sand
  • Spot prime areas
  • 2x undercoat (oil or water based depending on substrate)
  • 1 x top coat
  • Touch up, clean and check with customer
